Play an hour, get another - on us from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM on specific days in April 2025!

PROMO MECHANICS:

  • Open to all customers of KinderCity.
  • Customers must book online at KinderCity.com.ph. Walk-in customers are also accepted.
  • Customers must complete payment through our payment channels for the booking made. Validation of payment will be done to determine that the payment is completed upon arrival at the branch. KinderCity branches will issue an Official Receipt at the ticket booth counter, which will then be presented upon entry to the play area.
  • Customers playing for one (1) hour play time only from 10 am to 1 pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays of April are eligible to get additional one (1) hour playtime.

Fun Hour is available on the following dates:

  • Usage of the additional one (1) hour play time is only valid on the same day.
  • The additional one (1) hour play time (Kiddie Pass or Teen Pass) will be issued at the KinderCity by the same individual that is eligible to receive it.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  • When booking for the dates inclusive in the promo, customers are entitled to an additional one (1) hour play time.
  • An additional one (1) hour of play time may overlap with cleaning time, but can be used once play time resumes. There will be a 20-minute intermission period for every two (2) hours of playtime for cleaning and disinfection. Everyone will be asked to vacate the play area during the intermission period.

  • The additional one (1) hour of play time can be used at any time within the day.
  • In case the individual with the additional one (1) hour of play time (Kiddie Pass or Teen Pass) will not be available for consecutive 1-hour play timeslots, the additional one (1) hour of play time may be used anytime within the day.
  • Strictly no exchanging of companions.
  • The promo cannot be used for an event at KinderCity.
  • The succeeding play timeslots after the first one may only be used at the same KinderCity branch.
  • This promo is non-transferable. It must be used by the same individual that is eligible for the promo, which is the child/teen that was first admitted inside the play area.
  • This promo is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full and is valid for a single transaction only.
  • This promo is not valid for use in conjunction with other promos and discount privileges.
  • The promo is valid until the promotion ends.
