PROMO MECHANICS:
Get three (3) hours of play time, inclusive of one (1) adult companion, for PHP300 only at KINDERCITY TANZA, SOMO-A VISTA MALL, NAGA, ILOILO AND GENERAL TRIAS from March 11 to June 30, 2024 PROMO EXTENDED UNTIL December 31, 2024 AS APPROVED BY DTI FTEB.
- Open to all customers of KinderCity.
- Customers must book online at KinderCity.com.ph. Walk-in customers are also accepted.
- Customers must complete payment through our payment channels for the booking made. Validation of payment will be done to determine that the payment is completed upon arrival at the branch. KinderCity branches will issue an Official Receipt at the ticket booth counter, which will then be presented upon entry to the play area.
- Usage of the three (3) hours is only valid on the same day. Bookings for the last play time slot for the day will no longer receive the three (3) hours of play time per Pass (Kiddie Pass or Teen Pass) with one (1) Adult Companion.
- The three (3) hours of playtime per Pass (Kiddie Pass or Teen Pass) will be issued at the KinderCity by the same individual that is eligible to receive it.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- When booking for the dates inclusive in the promo, customers are entitled to three (3) hours of play time (depending on the purchased play timeslot) instead of just one (1) hour of play time.
- The three (3) hours of playtime will begin at the specific booked/purchased timeslot but will not be continuous because there will be a 20-minute intermission period for every two (2) hours of playtime for cleaning and disinfection. Everyone will be asked to vacate the play area during the intermission period.
PLAYTIME SCHEDULE FOR ALL OTHER BRANCHES
(EXCLUDING EVIA)
- In case the individual with the pass (Kiddie Pass or Teen Pass) will not be available for three (3) consecutive 1-hour play timeslots, the remaining play timeslots may be used anytime within the day.
- In case the booking that was placed falls on the last two (2) play timeslots for the day, the individual can still use the one (1) hour play time before the mall closes. However, if the booking falls on the last play timeslot for the day, the individual will no longer be eligible to claim the additional hours of play time anymore.
- Strictly no exchanging/switching of companions.
- The promo cannot be used for an event at KinderCity.
- The succeeding play timeslots after the first one may only be used at the same KinderCity branch.
- This promo is non-transferable. It must be used by the same individual that is eligible for the promo, which is the child/teen that was first admitted inside the play area.
- This promo is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full and is valid as a single transaction only.
- This promo is not valid for use in conjunction with other promos and discount privileges.
- The promo is valid until the promotion ends.
