- Open to all customers of KinderCity.
- Customers must book online at KinderCity.com.ph. Walk-in customers are also accepted.
- Customers must complete payment through our payment channels for the booking made. Validation of payment will be done to determine that the payment is completed upon arrival at the branch. KinderCity will issue Official Receipt that will be presented upon entry.
- Promo is valid on the same day only. Bookings for the last playtime slot for the day will no longer receive the two (2) or three (3) hours of play time per Pass (Kiddie Pass, Teen Pass, and Adult Pass) purchased.
- The two (2) or three (3) hours of play time per (1) Pass (Kiddie Pass, Teen Pass, and Adult Pass) will be issued at the same branch and should be used only at the same KinderCity branch by the same individual that is eligible to receive it.
- Adult companions will need to pay the standard fee of PHP150 per entry.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- When booking for the dates inclusive in the promo, customers are entitled to two (2) or three (3) hours of play time (depending on the purchased play timeslot) instead of just one (1) hour of play time.
- The two (2) hours and three (3) hours of playtime will be divided into two (2) or three (3) consecutive 1-hour play timeslots and would start from the specific booked/purchased timeslot. There will be 20-minute intermission periods for every hour of playtime for cleaning and disinfection. Everyone will be asked to vacate the play area during the intermission period.
- In case the individual with the pass (Kiddie Pass, Teen Pass, and Adult Pass) will not be available for two (2) or three (3) consecutive 1-hour play timeslots, the remaining play timeslots may be used anytime within the day.
- In case the booking that was placed falls on the last two (2) play timeslots for the day, the individual can still use the one (1) hour play time before the mall closes. However, if the booking falls on the last play timeslot for the day, the individual will no longer be eligible to claim the additional hours of play time anymore.
- The promo cannot be used for an event at KinderCity.
- The promo can be availed at any KinderCity branch.
- This promo is non-transferable. It must be used by the same individual that is eligible for the promo.
- This promo is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full and is valid for a single transaction only.
- This promo is not valid for use in conjunction with other promos and discount privileges, such as Senior Citizen, PWD, those that are included under the National Athletes, Coaches, and Trainers Benefits and Incentives Act.
- The promo is valid until the promotion ends.
