Buy one (1) Take one (1) when you book a playtime for September 15, 2023 to October 15, 2023.

• Open to all customers of KinderCity. 
• Customers must book online at KinderCity.com.ph. Walk-in customers are also accepted.  
• Customers must complete payment through our payment channels for the booking made. Validation of payment will be done to determine that the payment is completed upon arrival at the branch. KinderCity will issue an Official Receipt that will be presented upon entry.
• Voucher must be claimed and used only at the branch where the booking of the play time was made.
• Customers will receive a voucher for the same value or package purchased, whether it was for a regular by-the-hour playtime or a promo available in the branch. However, the voucher must be used within the same week (including weekends), but not on the same day as the purchase. Voucher is valid only for seven (7) days from issuance.
• For promos that include one (1) adult companion, the voucher that will be received will also include the same. For regular playtime availed that do not include one (1) adult companion, adult companion fees apply.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 

• When booking for the dates inclusive in the promo, customers are entitled to a voucher with the same value playtime they purchased, whether regular playtime or the promo available in the branch. For promos that include one (1) adult companion, the voucher that will be received will also include the same. For regular playtime availed that do not include one (1) adult companion, adult companion fees apply.

• Customers must present the voucher at their next play time within its validity date. Adult companions must still pay the standard fee of PHP150 per entry.
• Voucher will not be replaced when lost or damaged. Once voucher has been redeemed, it can no longer exchanged. Voucher cannot be exchanged for another item or cash.
• Customers have one week (7 days) to claim the promo. It must be used within the same week (even on weekends or holidays), but not on the same day as the date of purchase.
• Customers must fill out the issuance monitoring sheet with their complete information (date, name, address, phone number, email address, the playtime or package to be redeemed).
• There will be a 20-minute intermission period for every two (2) hours of playtime for cleaning and disinfection. Everyone will be asked to vacate the play area during the intermission period.

• The promo cannot be used for an event at KinderCity.
• The promo can be availed at any KinderCity branch.
• This promo is non-transferable. It must be used by the same individual that is eligible for the promo. 
• This promo is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full and is valid for a single transaction only.
• This promo is not valid for use in conjunction with other promos and discount privileges, such as Senior Citizen, PWD, those that are included under the National Athletes, Coaches, and Trainers Benefits and Incentives Act.
• The promo is valid until the promotion ends.
